The New Bus Chickasha FE bus was a partnership with the New Bus Company, Inc. and the Asia Smith Motor Company. The chassis was made in Asia, while the final assembly (engine, etc) was completed in the United States. These buses have been called "armored cars" in the past, since they are built so solid, however, finding parts can be complicated.
