This bus is
powered by a Cummins ISB engine, and Allison automatic transmission,
and equipped with air brakes. Carpenter made the Crown Counselor RE
from approximately 1997-early 2000, until the Classic 2000 line.
These buses are unlike any other rear engine ever made, as there was
an option for a rear emergency door exit. While this bus does not
have it, you can make out where it would go. Also, the floor level
increases in height from the front to the rear, as noted by the
rubrail height increase. |
