I suspect she won't be employed for much longer. The school district just has to go through the motions with her union.

If she was speeding drunk and if this happened in the state I live in, it would be dui and violating the just passed "Super Speeder" law.

I am in disbelief that someone could be so careless!! she would have been HISTORY where Im at. she should have been "relieved of her duties and keys turned in ASAP!!" how someone can risk so many lives being so carless is beyond me!!

Here's another one that will make SICK!!!!!!!
On or about last October of 2009, a driver from the Ojai Unified School District was also caught drunk driving, only after she had an accident with 21 students aboard. I only mention this because recently she was sentenced to 30 days and 3 years probation. The charges originally were D.U.I, as well as 21 counts of child endagerment.
Cases like this make ALL of us PROFESSIONALS look VERY bad in the eyes of the public. The sentence I beleive was one of the biggest jokes I have ever observed.
Truely A sad moment for all of us.

Well, it took seven months, but she finally pleaded guilty to OUI:
